Toronto, ON, May 21, 2020 – Clean Air Metals Inc. (formerly Regency Gold Corp.) (“Clean Air” or the “Company”) (NEX: RAU.H) is pleased to announce that further to its press releases of May 7, 2020 and May 14, 2020, Clean Air has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) in respect of its previously announced reverse takeover transaction (the “Transaction”), which was completed on May 14, 2020, and its application for listing its common shares on the TSXV.

The Final Exchange Bulletin of the TSXV in respect of the Transaction was published on May 20, 2020. Trading in the common shares of Clean Air will resume effective at the open on May 22, 2020 under the symbol “AIR”, and Clean Air will be listed as a Tier 2 “Mining Issuer” (as such term is defined in the policies of the TSXV).
